The house at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neighborcity.com\/property\/59-PHILLIPS-PLACE-Northampton-MA-1060-Any-16042261\/\">No. 59<\/a> was built not long after the street was opened, circa 1848-1850.  It is the only Greek Revival-style house on the street, which is dominated by later Gothic cottages.
