Eames later built <a href=\"http:\/\/mass.historicbuildingsct.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/07\/6-Pleasant.jpg\">a larger home next door on Pleasant Street in 1839<\/a>.  In 1845, he sold the earlier house to <a href=\"http:\/\/bigelowsociety.com\/rod\/eunice5.htm\">Lucy Morse<\/a> and ten years later it was purchased by <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=8isWAAAAYAAJ&#038;pg=PA37#v=onepage&#038;q&#038;f=false\">Aaron Wheeler<\/a>.  It remained in the Wheeler family until about 1918 and has since had other owners.
