It has a connection to the Hooper family through Susannah Hooper, daughter of <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=PeZUAAAAMAAJ&#038;pg=PA125#v=onepage&#038;q&#038;f=false\">Robert and Mary Glover Hooper<\/a>.  Susannah resided in the house after <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=hjN7D7ARv9MC&#038;pg=PA183#v=onepage&#038;q&#038;f=false\">her marriage<\/a> to Captain <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=kbs-AAAAYAAJ&#038;pg=PA87#v=onepage&#038;q&#038;f=false\">Henry Gallison Gray<\/a> in 1835.
