In 1838, <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.com\/books?id=lwbyL4EypT0C&#038;pg=PA21&#038;lpg=PA21&#038;dq=brick+church+deerfield&#038;source=bl&#038;ots=W5sQrf1ayz&#038;sig=LN6SLbfox0quW3frQQa8xo-T-3M&#038;hl=en&#038;ei=dLaqSZn_AYqhtweQpKTrDw&#038;sa=X&#038;oi=book_result&#038;resnum=7&#038;ct=result\">they constructed<\/a> the &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/pro.corbis.com\/search\/Enlargement.aspx?CID=isg&#038;mediauid={91DBDDE8-A9AA-4C0E-BE32-D1CB29ED37DF}\">White Church<\/a>.&#8221;  The differences between the two churches were resolved in 1931 and in 1957, the White Church was purchased to become part of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.historic-deerfield.org\/\">Historic Deerfield<\/a>.
