In 1927, Fred Casey purchased <a href=\"http:\/\/www.waymarking.com\/waymarks\/WM648W_Caseys_Diner_Natick_MA\">a 1922 Diner<\/a>, originally located in Framingham, and brought it to Natick.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/ethomsen\/2267278025\/\">The Diner<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/retroroadmap.com\/2010\/03\/07\/diners-of-the-worcester-lunch-car-co-thanks-boston-globe\/\">produced by<\/a> the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Worcester_Lunch_Car_Company\">Worcester Lunch Car Company<\/a>, was first on Washington Street and was moved to <a href=\"http:\/\/thehotdogblog.wordpress.com\/2008\/12\/10\/caseys-diner\/\">its current location<\/a>, on South Avenue, in 1977, to make way for a bank parking lot. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A famous Natick landmark is Casey&#8217;s Diner, famous for its steamed hot dogs.
