The building, designed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zeroenergy.com\/p_craftsman.html\">architect<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emporis.com\/en\/cd\/cm\/?id=jameshritchieandassociates-boston-ma-usa\">James H.
